The end justifies the means.

Or so I hope.

Its been a long process but it is now complete.

Here are the last few models from the Super Dungeon Explore set:

Here is NyanNyan, painted in the colours of Felicia from Darkstalkers. Felicia has much bigger hair and I first thought about modelling this on her. However, the model would not then be 'pure' and the NyanNyan figure is not exactly widely available (at least not here in the Queen's fair land...).
As NyanNyan has tiger stripes and Felicia is white, I decided to do the grey stripes from a white tiger.

Captain R, painted as... Captain R! I kept him close to the art because I like it. I love the pirate theme of this model and a skeleton with a beard is always amusing.

The Herald of Vulcanis, obviously shouting "This is Spar...." erm...
A super imposing enemy; I hope his new rules live up to his potential.

Kealy the Netherstrider. I did her in a similar skin tone and eyes as the Riftling Rogue; they are not the same species, but the colour scheme seemed to fit well. I like the way the pattern turned out on the cloak edge.

Itsa me, Mario! In the guise of the Starguild Sapper, of course. The astute amongst you will notice that Mario's colours have been reversed, as he has a blue overall. However, the real Mario fans will notice that this is his original Jump Man colour scheme, which this model comes from (complete with hammer for smashing barrels). And I prefer this colour scheme.

Deeproot Scout, obviously as Link. He even has a master sword, the shield and the boomerang (and obviously the acorns are deku seeds...).

Princess Peach... I mean Ruby... I liked how she turned out in her sickly pastel colours; my teeth fall out just looking at her sugary sweetness.

So, there you have it; the last few miniatures in the set. Its done, complete, finished, the end.
I really did enjoy this project and it is going to be difficult to part with the miniatures, but they must make their journey to a different gaming table across the pond...

Oh, and as its the season, Captain R has a message:

Merry Christmas, Arrrr!! I be diggin' up some gifts for thee!

Now for a well earned rest; see you next year!
